- Collation of and on time lodgement of Annual Environmental Reports & Annual Environmental Fees
- Lodgement of Rents/Rates/Levies within the legislated time frames
- Collation of and on time lodgement of Renewals within the legislated time frames
- Lodgement of prescribed Partial Relinquishments within legislated time frames
- Preparation & lodgement of new applications as required
- Correspondence with all State Relevant Mines Departments
- Collation and Lodgement of Variations, Exemptions and Miscellaneous Documentation as Required
- Collation and Lodgement of Royalty Returns, Statistical Returns, Production Reports, Census Forms
